Seven weeks in, trusses are installed on Bokeelia home

Seven weeks after starting, we installed trusses on the home Marty Foye is building in Bokeelia.

More Progress on the Bokeelia home building job

One week later, great progress has been made on the ICF home in Bokeelia.
The main stair is installed, the subfloor is installed, and the ICF walls are installed to 20 feet, with many of the window openings framed in.

Building ICF - Insulated Concrete Form - Homes On Pine Island

Marty Foye, Florida State Certified Building Contractor, based in Bokeelia, FL (State License #CBC036486) started building this insulated concrete form home in Bokeelia on April 22, 2013.

Great progress in only 28 days, the slab and footers are poured, the foundation walls are framed, and the subfloor and floor trusses and sheeting are installed.  From time to time we will post progress updates.

Marty Foye builds custom homes in the Pine Island communities of Bokeelia, Saint James City and Matlacha.  He is building using insulated concrete forms, which are a green building technology that is very energy efficient and wind resistant.
